Diana Montalvo is a doctor who left general surgery after experiencing burnout. That moment (exhausting, disorienting, and ultimately necessary) kickstarted everything that followed.
She went on to complete a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, built The Studio (a career platform helping doctors find remote and non-clinical roles), and spent months researching and curating opportunities for doctors globally.
She wrote this book because she couldn't find it when she needed it.
